Personal information is collected only as allowed by law. The collection of personal information is limited to what is relevant and necessary to accomplish enrollment and payment for our courses. We request information from you on our registration form. To register for our courses, you must provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, or if you contact us for any reason, we will use this information to contact you.

Your information collected at the point of course registration is transmitted to the State of California along with test scores from the curriculum for records keeping. Although we will never sell or share your data with other third parties, we may occasionally notify you of additional training opportunities so that we may all continue our learning, or of changes to this privacy policy, unless you ask us not to.

We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for services. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond processing your payment for our services.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
